Please bring your own mat and do not attend if you are unwell.

All classes are one hour long. $20 per class. Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for exercise. If it is your first time, please come 10 minutes earlier so I can get to know a bit about you. No classes on public holidays. All classes are ACC endorsed class as part of “Live Stronger For Longer” programme.

Monday & Friday 8:45 am St Aidan’s Church Hall, 5 Ascot Avenue, Remuera. The hall entrance is located next to the office. BOOK NOW FOR 8:45 AM

Wednesday 6:30 pm Somervell Church Auditorium, 497 Remuera Road, Remuera. The auditorium is upstairs. Enter from the right-side of the building, on the Remuera Road side and walk through the corridor to the main foyer. The auditorium is through the large glass doors. BOOK NOW FOR 6:30 PM
