My body is benefiting from Mans yoga classes, he is friendly, relaxed and welcoming. I particulaly enjoy listening to his mindful instructions of how the different postures maintain the stability of the body.
Mans has the great calmness of an authentic yoga teacher & I really look forward to his classes.
